Income and expenses
Record transactions as they happen, categorize each entry, and see what the business earned and spent.
Track business income and expenses, keep receipts with each transaction, and give your accountant a clean year-end export.
Build a clear record of what came in, what went out, where it happened, and what still needs a receipt.
Record transactions as they happen, categorize each entry, and see what the business earned and spent.
Snap a receipt and the vendor, date, total, and category are filled in for you to check. Then spot missing documentation before handing your records over.
Send your accountant a year of transaction details, expense totals by category, and month-by-month cash flow in CSV format.
Add your location to a purchase with one tap, or let a receipt photo supply it, so the entry carries the place as well as the price.
Every total on the overview shows how it compares with last year, so trends are visible without a spreadsheet.
Fifteen minutes without a touch and the workspace signs out on its own, with a warning first. Your books never sit open on a shared screen.
If one person handles the money and an accountant handles the filing, LedgerMantle fits.
Track client payments alongside the software, travel, and equipment you buy to deliver the work.
Keep business activity separate from personal spending in a ledger that belongs to the business.
Record a few transactions a week and arrive at tax time with totals by category instead of a shoebox.
Nothing connects to your bank. You enter what you want tracked, so nothing is pulled from your accounts without you.
Each business has a separate workspace. Grant an accountant access when it’s time to review.
Verified email and an authenticator app help protect access to your financial workspace.
Ledger entries and receipt downloads are available to authorized members of your workspace.
Your accountant can view and export records but can’t edit entries or change billing.
No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party embeds. The only cookies keep you signed in.
Clients invite you with a one-time code. You see the full ledger, export the year, and never touch their billing.
Review transactions, receipts, and the activity log without any way to change an entry.
Download the ledger, category totals, and monthly totals as CSV files straight from the client’s workspace.
One account with authenticator sign-in can join every workspace you are invited to.
Owners can remove your access at any time, and every change in the workspace is recorded.
Keep transactions, receipts, review and year-end exports together throughout the year. Choose monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing; the longer the term, the lower the monthly rate. No setup fee, no contract, and no free trial: explore the demo first, then subscribe when you’re ready.
From $9.00 per month

Straight answers about trials, bank connections, exports, cancellation, and where your records live.

Yes. Attach a photo or PDF to a new transaction and the vendor, date, total, category, payment method, and a short description are filled in for you to check before saving. A phone photo’s capture time and location are used as hints when the receipt itself is hard to read.
Three CSV files for any tax year: a full ledger with date, type, vendor, category, gross and business-use amounts, payment method, description, review status, receipt status, and location; expense totals by category; and month-by-month income, expenses, and net. Download a sample ledger export and a sample category summary.
You generate a one-time invitation code in your workspace and share it with your accountant. They create their own account with a verified email and authenticator, enter the code, and get read-only access. You can remove it whenever you like.
Your workspace stays open until the end of the term you have paid for, and no further charges are made. After that it is locked, not deleted, so you can subscribe again to reopen it. Export your records before the term ends if you will need them in the meantime.
No. Stripe handles checkout and the billing portal on its own pages. LedgerMantle stores only your subscription status and Stripe identifiers.
Each account owns one business workspace. An account can also join any number of other workspaces as an accountant.
Account and workspace records, including receipts, are stored with Supabase. Stripe holds billing details and Resend delivers account emails. No advertising or analytics trackers run on any page.
